Shortly before The Seven Deadly Sins -Signs of Holy War- comes to a conclusion, Kodansha’ s Weekly Shōnen Magazine is announcing in the 43th issue that The Seven Deadly Sins manga will get a new television anime series. At the moment, other information about the new anime has not been revealed.

The fourth and final episode of the special anime The Seven Deadly Sins -Signs of Holy War- will be screened on Sunday, while it premiered on August 28. The brand new story narrated in the anime was written by Nakaba Suzuki himself.

Suzuki launched the Seven Deadly Sins in 2012 in Weekly Shōnen Magazine, while the first 24-episode anime series aired in October 2014. In addition, the manga inspired two OVA last summer.
