The next issue of the magazine will be released on November 21, while the last chapter will have a color opening page. It was already known that the manga would reach the climax of its story in the 50th issue with 31 pages, according to an earlier announcement.

Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro launched Toriko in 2008 in Weekly Shonen Jump. The manga inspired a 147-episode television anime series, which was airing from 2011 to 2014, while in 2013, an anime movie was released. Several anime specials and crossover specials were also based on its story.
