According to an announcement made in the May issue of Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Magazine, Adachitoka's Noragami: Stray God manga will take a break for one month. The 75th chapter will not appear in this issue because of "circumstances", as the magazine stated without revealing further details. The editorial staff apologized for the manga's sudden break.

Adachitoka launched the manga in 2010 in Monthly Shonen Magazine. Its story inspired a 12-episode television anime series that premiered in January 2014, while the second season titled Noragami Aragoto followed in October 2015. Moreover, two stage plays were based on the manga.
