Kimi ni Todoke manga ends in November

One more month left for manga Kimi ni Todoke, as revealed in the November issue of Shueisha's Bessatsu Margaret magazine. In particular, Karuho Shiina's manga will be completed in the next issue that will be released on November 13, while it will appear on the cover of the magazine. The last chapter will also contain color pages.

The magazine had announced last June that the manga would enter the final arc in the August issue, but it went on hiatus for one month due to Shiina’s sudden illness, returning in the September issue.

Shiina launched Kimi ni Todoke in 2006 and it has consistently ranked among the top-selling manga in Japan. The first anime series was released in 2009, while the second season followed in 2010. The manga has also inspired a live-action movie, which opened in Japan in 2010.
