It has been a long time since Black Lagoon manga has been on hiatus, but we have finally good news as it’s going to return very soon. Shogakukan's Monthly Sunday GX magazine revealed on his Twitter account that the mangaka Rei Hiroe will continue Black Lagoon on May 19 in the June issue. On Twitter, it was also revealed a preview image of the manga. 

Black Lagoon has been on hiatus since early 2014, while the magazine had announced in December that the manga will return this spring.

Hiroe launched the manga in 2002 in Monthly Sunday GX. In 2006, two anime series were released and in 2010, an OVA titled Black Lagoon: Roberta's Blood Trail aired, all of them by Madhouse production.
