On Tuesday 28^th 2016, Cinema Today website posted a trailer for the Accel World’s new movie, Accel World: Infinite Burst. The film will premiere on July 23^rd 2016, in 24 theaters in Japan. However, the staff has revealed that in case the movie goes well, more theaters will be added.

Reki Kawahara, the author of Sword Art Online will be writing the story for the original new anime. After all, he is the original creator of the anime series. However, he is not the only member of the original staff that comes back.

The returning staff will be:

But apart from them, there is a new name at the seiyuu list. Chinatsu Akasaki known better to most of us as ERASED's Airi Katagiri is going to give her voice to Risa Tsukiori a brand new character that will also be the key person of this story.

As far as it goes for the film's theme song, its name will be "Plasmic Fire" and will be sang by KOTOKO × ALTIMA.
