The official website of the Berserk television anime revealed that the premiere of the new arc will take place on April 7. On the day of the premiere the first two episodes of the new season will be screened. Moreover, the new visual of the series was posted.

9mm Parabellum Bullet will return to perform the new opening of the series entitled "Sacrifice", while the new ending theme song comes from Nagi Yanagi in cooperation with Yoshino Nanjō. The song is titled "Issai wa Monogatari" (Everything is the Story). Susumu Hirasawa’s songs "Hai yo" and "Ash Crow" will remain as insert songs for anime.

The new television anime of Berserk premiered in July 2016 with the first season of 12 episodes.
