Haikyu!! anime will get two compilation movies according to an announcement made in the 16th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. The films will be titled Haikyu!! Sainō to Sense (Haikyu!! Genius and Sense) and Haikyu!! Concept no Tatakai (Haikyu!! Battle of Concepts) and they will open this fall. The first film presents the match against Aobajōsai High School in the first season and the second one will cover the match against Aobajōsai High School portrayed in the third and latest season.

Toho Animation will unveil a promotional video and the first visual of the film on March 25 at this year’s AnimeJapan 2017.

Haikyu!! anime is an adaptation of Haruichi Furudate’s manga with the same title and premiered in April 2014. The second season followed in October 2015, while the third and final season premiered last October.
