Steins;Gate returns with a new project as revealed in this year's Anime Expo earlier this month. Kadokawa announced new information on "Steins;Gate World Line 2017-2018 Project" by publishing the first trailer. In addition, it was revealed that one part of the project will be the anime adaptation of Steins;Gate 0.

Except for the project, the original Steins;Gate anime will get a rebroadcast on Japanese television starting in October. In addition, Steins;Gate 0 will get a manga adaptation by Taka Himeno, as revealed in Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine. The manga will be released on August 4. Steins;Gate 0 is a sequel game to the original Steins;Gate game.

Production company Mages announced the launch of a new game called Steins;Gate Elite, which will be an update of the original Steins;Gate, including new elements. So far, the release date of the new version and the platforms that it’ll be compatible with has not been announced.
