As announced at the "Fantasia Bunko Daikanshasai" event last Saturday, Ichiei Ishibumi and Miyama-Zero’s High School DxD light novel will get a new anime series. This will be the fourth anime series based on the story of the homonymous novel. Further information is expected in the near future.

Ichiei Ishibumi and Miyama-Zero lunched the light novel series in 2008 in Kadokawa, with the 20th volume to have been released last July. The first anime series premiered in 2012, while the second season titled High School DxD New was released in July 2013. The third anime series High School DxD BorN premiered in April 2015.
