DIR EN GREY prepared a great surprise for their fans as they announced via their official website the release of a new single and DVD this July. For the moment, the title of the single is still unknown, however, they made sure to provide all the necessary information for the DVD. It is going to be a live DVD and Blu-ray featuring their last show of the recent tour called ARCHE at Nippon Budokan.

The information for the 28th single hasn’t been public yet, but the band said that it is going to be something new and innovative. A new chapter for DIR EN GREY according to them.

Their tour ended last weekend with two amazing shows at Nippon Budokan, on 5^th and 6^th February, celebrating their 9th studio album ARCHE, almost a year after its initial release. The show of February 6 was completely sold out.

Besides the releases, the band has already prepared a new tour called TOUR16-17 FROM DEPRESSION TO ________ [mode of VULGAR], and later, two other tours will follow (mode of DUM SPIRO SPERO in September and mode of Kisou (鬼 葬) in November).
